Color
The geometric abstractions in my Color series are pure expressions of my love of color. The flat surfaces of the hardedge acrylic paintings call attention to the relations of colors and shapes to one another.
In the oil paintings, each large, dynamic shape is composed of thousands of obsessively applied small brushstrokes that give the works a hand-made quality, making them personal and evocative on an emotional level.
